The vehicle offers a smart working solution for many issues currently faced in companies when external appointments, business trips, and longer commutes to the workplace are necessary, as travel times are often still not efficiently utilized. Instead of losing valuable travel time, the Office Van gives new, productive time, which can ultimately lead to considerable cost savings and a significant competitive advantage.

The Office Van enables more on-site appointments, optimizes workflows, makes the day more flexible and free, and at the same time creates an environment where personal well-being, motivation, and creativity are promoted, and health is paramount. "While there are already numerous innovative concepts for on-site workplaces in companies and home offices, the possibilities of individual mobility have hardly been used so far. We have solved this problem with the VIS à VIS," says Hendrik Hartge, founder and CEO. INDEPENDENT POWER SUPPLY AND CONNECTIVITY:
Outstanding digital and technical highlights include particularly fast internet with currently up to 900 Mbit/s and a range of up to 100m for maximum flexibility, a power station with four 230V sockets, a fold-down ceiling screen, as well as autonomous power supply through an ultra-flat photovoltaic system with up to 400 watts of power and a spacious high-tech multifunction table with integrated USB charging options, where up to four people can sit. Thus, the Office Van combines personal and digital communication so that occupants can be connected to the world anytime and anywhere they want, and can even hold conferences.
AWARD-WINNING HEALTH CONCEPT:
In addition to the many convincing features of the ROLFHARTGE Office Van, passengers are also best protected against pathogens through the integrated health package with special surface finishing and a multi-award-winning air purifier. Upon personal request, an electromagnetic field therapy can be installed, which serves to treat back pain, vitalization, and improved oxygen supply to the cells.
DEEP WORK – IN A LOUD WORLD:
While relaxation music as well as concentration- and creativity-promoting sounds can be played through additional built-in speakers, and noise insulation also allows complete silence. A easily deployable partition to the driver's cabin creates privacy and confidentiality, allowing for a relaxing retreat. Two adjustable LED work lights provide up to 1000 lux on the work surface, while over 1,000 illuminated fiber optic light points can create a relaxing atmosphere on the roof sky upon request. And nobody has to miss out on the classic coffee break in the VIS à VIS, as a coffee and tea maker and a refrigerator are also integrated.
CAREFULLY HANDCRAFTED DETAILS:
The exterior of the ROLFHARTGE Office Van can also be adapted to the individual corporate identity by incorporating personal corporate design including logo and corporate colors. Otherwise, the exterior is sporty-elegant and at the same time discreet – the van comes across as unpretentious yet design-strong. Even in the exterior, the refinements labeled by ROLFHARTGE as Smart Luxury always offer an additional benefit, as in the case of the aerodynamically effective roof spoiler and the weight-reduced flow-forged wheels, which contribute to optimized driving comfort.

Yes, even if you already have an existing vehicle, we can convert it into a mobile office. It is important that the vehicle is a long or extra-long version.
