PRODUCTIVE TRAVEL DOOR TO DOOR:
The mobile office from ROLFHARTGE offers the smart working solution for many challenges that companies are currently facing—whether it’s off-site meetings, business trips alone or as a team, or longer journeys to a destination. Instead of losing valuable travel time, the Office Van creates new, productive time, which can lead to significant cost savings and a decisive competitive advantage in the long term. For example, video conferences can be held during the drive, thanks to the integrated conference system and a custom-designed table for up to 4 people, foldable monitors, and a stable internet connection.
THE ALL-ROUNDER FOR EVERYDAY BUSINESS:
With the V-Class conversion, it becomes possible to attend more on-site appointments, optimize workflows, and make your day more flexible and independent. “While there are already numerous innovative concepts for on-site workplaces and home offices, the possibilities of individual mobility have so far remained largely untapped.
“We have solved this problem with the Office Van,” says Rolf Joachim Hartge, founder and managing director. Rolf Hendrik Hartge, also a founder and managing director of the family business, adds: “We have brought a concept to the road that combines productivity and well-being with individual mobility, creating an innovative solution. We were especially pleased that, after years of development, the Office Van was so well received at its premiere at Hannover Messe 2022. Since then, we have been continuously developing the concept.”
INDEPENDENT POWER SUPPLY AND CONNECTIVITY:
The basic requirements for mobile work: a reliable internet connection and power supply. Maximum flexibility for fast and reliable internet access while on the road is provided by an optional 5G automotive antenna (for multiple SIM cards), satellite communication, or a combination of both. In addition, there is a high-range hotspot around the vehicle.
Continuous power supply is ensured by an additional battery system with 230 V sockets, which is completely independent from the vehicle’s standard electrical system. Especially in fully electric vehicles, this means there is no loss of range.
Additionally, an ultra-flat and virtually indestructible photovoltaic system with several hundred watts of peak power can provide autonomous power supply. Special efficiency is achieved through a unique refinement of the solar panels.
AWARD-WINNING HEALTH CONCEPT:
In addition to the many impressive features of the ROLFHARTGE Office Van, the in-house health package—developed together with experts—reduces passengers’ risk of exposure to pathogens and fine dust, thanks to special surface refinement and a multi-award-winning air purifier. This is especially beneficial for people with asthma.
DEEP WORK – IN A NOISY WORLD:
While the additional built-in speakers can play both relaxing music and sounds that promote concentration and creativity, extra noise insulation throughout the vehicle body creates a quiet zone inside. A removable partition wall between the driver’s area and the passenger cabin provides privacy and confidentiality, creating a relaxing retreat. Two adjustable LED work lights provide up to 500 lux each on the work surface, while over 1,000 illuminated fiber optic points in the headliner can create a calming, feel-good atmosphere if desired. And you don’t have to miss out on a classic coffee break in the Office Van—both a coffee and tea maker, as well as a refrigerator, can also be integrated into the V-Class.
THOUGHTFUL DETAILS, HANDCRAFTED:
If desired, the exterior of the Office Van can also be individually customized to match your company’s branding, including your corporate design, logo, and company colors. Otherwise, the exterior remains sporty, elegant, and understated—the conversion based on the V-Class is low-key, yet strong in design.
TÜV-CERTIFIED V-CLASS CONVERSION:
As a Mercedes-Benz bodybuilder and a vehicle manufacturer recognized by the German Federal Motor Transport Authority, all conversions are professionally carried out and approved by the technical inspection service.
