Your tasks:

• Processing current financial accounting
• Invoice verification and entry, including account assignment and posting
• Maintenance of vendor and customer data
• Monitoring and verification of incoming and outgoing payments, as well as the development of income and expenses
• Maintenance of income and expense overviews
• Processing travel expense and credit card statements
• Provision of payment confirmations
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation and submission of reports to authorities
• Assisting with payroll accounting
• General administrative tasks
• Collaboration with our team (internal) and tax advisor (external)

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally several years
• Good knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable/payable
• Confident handling of accounting software
