PRODUCTIVE TRAVEL DOOR TO DOOR:
The ROLFHARTGE mobile office offers the smart working solution for many challenges currently faced by businesses, especially when external appointments, business trips alone or with a team, and long travel distances to the destination are required. Instead of losing valuable travel time, the Office Van generates new, productive time, which can lead to substantial long-term cost savings and a decisive competitive advantage. For example, with video conferences during the drive, thanks to the integrated conference system and custom-designed table for up to 4 people, folding monitors, and a stable internet connection.
THE ALLROUNDER FOR BUSINESS DAILY LIFE:
With the V-Class conversion, it is possible to attend more on-site appointments, optimize workflows, and make the day more flexible and free. "While there are already numerous innovative concepts for on-site workplaces in companies and home offices, the possibilities for individual mobility have been largely unused until now.
"We have solved this problem with the Office Van," says Rolf Joachim Hartge, founder and managing director. Rolf Hendrik Hartge, also founder and managing director of the family business, adds: "We have developed a concept that combines productivity and well-being with individual mobility, creating an innovative solution. What particularly pleased us was that the Office Van, after years of development, was so well received during its debut at the Hannover Messe 2022. Since then, we have been continuously developing the concept."
Intelligently utilizing available space: this is how the large window surfaces in the rear turn into a whiteboard or monitor at the push of a button.
INDEPENDENT POWER SUPPLY AND CONNECTIVITY:
A fundamental requirement for mobile working: reliable internet connection and power supply. Maximum flexibility for fast and reliable internet access during the drive is provided by an optional 5G Automotive antenna, for multiple SIM cards, satellite communication, or a combination of both. Additionally, there is a high hotspot range around the vehicle. The continuous power supply is ensured by an additional, completely independent battery system from the standard on-board network, with 230 V sockets. Especially with fully electric vehicles, this ensures there is no loss in range. Additionally, an ultra-flat and indestructible photovoltaic system with several hundred watts of peak power can guarantee an autonomous power supply. Special efficiency is achieved through a unique refinement of the solar panels.
AWARD-WINNING HEALTH CONCEPT:
In addition to the many convincing features of the ROLFHARTGE Office Van, the in-house developed health package, created with experts, with special surface refinement and an award-winning air purifier, simultaneously reduces the risk of passengers being exposed to pathogens and fine dust pollution, which is particularly beneficial for asthma sufferers.
DEEP WORK – IN A LOUD WORLD:
While additional speakers can play relaxing music as well as sounds that promote concentration and creativity, the extra sound insulation of the body all around creates a quiet zone in the vehicle. A removable partition to the driver’s area ensures privacy and confidentiality, creating a relaxing retreat. Two adjustable LED work lights provide up to 500 lux each on the work surface, while over 1,000 illuminated fiber optic light points on the ceiling can create a relaxing atmosphere upon request. And no one has to miss out on the classic coffee break in the Office Van, as a coffee and tea maker, as well as a refrigerator, can also be integrated into the V-Class.
THOUGHTFUL DETAILS HANDMADE:
Upon request, the Office Van can also be customized externally to match the company's branding, with personal corporate design including logos and company colors being incorporated. Otherwise, the exterior is sporty-elegant and simultaneously understated – the conversion based on the V-Class comes across as calm yet design-strong.
TÜV CERTIFIED V-CLASS CONVERSION:
As a Mercedes-Benz bodybuilder and recognized vehicle manufacturer by the Federal Motor Transport Authority, all conversions are carried out professionally and inspected by the technical service.

Yes, even if you already have an existing vehicle from the W447 series, we can convert it into a mobile office. It is important that the vehicle is the long or extra-long version.
